Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account data: your name, email, photo (if you add one), language and time zone.

Content: what you and your team create in Zolu, such as projects, tasks, comments and files.

Usage data: which pages are visited and key actions (for example, that a task was created), without the text of your tasks or comments. Technical error reports when something fails.

2. How we use it

To run Zolu and show your content to the people you share it with; to send the notifications you choose; to understand which features are used and improve them; and to find and fix errors. We don't sell your data and we don't use your content to train artificial intelligence models.

3. Who processes it for us

We use trusted providers to run Zolu: Supabase (database, sign-in and files), Vercel (hosting), Resend (emails), Sentry (error reports), PostHog (usage analytics) and Google (only if you sign in with Google). They process data on our behalf and only for these purposes.

4. Where it's stored

Data is stored on servers in the United States. We protect it with encryption in transit, access rules per workspace and daily backups.

5. How long we keep it

While your account or workspace exists. Deleted tasks and projects stay in the Trash for 30 days and are then permanently deleted. When an owner deletes a workspace, its content and files are deleted right away.

6. Your rights

You can see and edit your profile in Settings at any time. You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it or to delete it by writing to privacy@getzolu.com. We'll answer within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your language, theme and time zone, and to measure usage anonymously. We don't use advertising cookies.

8. Children

Zolu isn't intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
