Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Zolu (app.getzolu.com), a work-management service provided by Growdi LLC. By creating an account or using Zolu, you agree to them.
1. The service
Zolu lets teams organize projects, tasks, comments and files in shared workspaces. We may add, change or remove features over time. During the pilot, some features are marked as coming soon.
2. Your account
You must give accurate information and keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us right away at admin@getzolu.com if you think someone else accessed it.
3. Workspaces and roles
The owner of a workspace controls it: they decide who joins, what role each person has, and can delete the workspace. Admins help manage it. If you join someone else's workspace, its owner can see and manage the content you add there.
4. Your content
What you and your team put in Zolu (projects, tasks, comments, files) belongs to you. You give us only the permission we need to store it, show it to the people you share it with, and keep the service running.
We don't sell your content and we don't use it to train artificial intelligence models.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use Zolu to break the law, to send spam, to upload malware, to infringe others' rights, or to try to access data that isn't yours. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Plans and payments
Zolu is currently free during the pilot. When paid plans arrive, we'll show the prices and limits before you choose one, and these terms will be updated.
7. Availability
We work to keep Zolu available and your data backed up, but the service is provided "as is" and may have interruptions, especially during the pilot.
8. Ending your use
You can stop using Zolu at any time. An owner can delete their workspace from Settings, which deletes its content permanently. We may close accounts that break these terms.
9. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Growdi LLC is not liable for indirect damages or lost data or profits arising from the use of Zolu.
10. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we'll let you know in the app or by email before the change takes effect.
